The Group 29 linear control valve actuator is a more modern variation of the time-proven Group 14.  Group 29 actuators incorporate a high-efficiency ball screw that allows for a wider range of thrust options in a smaller package.  The Group 29 also offers standard thrust sensing capabilities and it can be certified for service in both gas and dust hazardous location.  The Group 29 is well suited for linear control valve applications and can be offered with mounting hardware for almost and model valve requiring less than 27145 N and 19 mm stroke.  Important general actuator specifications include:
